ibooks blank pages, contents/bookmarks/notes tab frozen

When I load a certain book in ibooks the contents/bookmarks/notes tab doesn't work and is dimmed out so I cant press it, also the slider bar down the bottom doesn't show either.

some pages appear at first but when I keep sliding to the next all the pages are blank.

ive already read this entire book and was working previously so not sure why this is happening.

Checked all my other books and I found another 5 with the same problem. I also checked on both devices I use ibooks on and the same books are not working.

once you open the infected book all other books turn blank and I have to exit ibooks and re-enter for it to work again.

I tried deleting the book and then putting it back on but still the same problem

anyone know how to solve this?

iPad 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 10.3.3

updating to iOS 11.0.2 fixed this problem for me.

this is happening to me to! 4 of my books have now got bank pages.

tried deleting the book off and reinstalling but nothing fixed

went so far as to delete ibooks app all together and reinstalling but still the same problem,

all my devices have the same problem with the same books.

I checked on my old ipad 1 and old iphone 4 and they work fine.

anyone have a fix yet!?

Many users report similar issues. Some resolved it by deleting, then re-downloading afresh the books.

FWIW, Apple just released a new iOS update. Perhaps it fixes this bug.

I'm having the same problem! one of my books i read days ago suddenly wont load and has blank pages.

Same problem here.

Deleting the books and uploading them again did not solve the problem.

Update to 10.3.3. didnt'solve it either.
