Delete Multiple Messages at once Apple Watch
Is there a way to delete multiple messages at once on the Apple Watch Series 1? Also, do the messages drop off after a period of "X" amount of days? Thank you.

No, it is not possible to bulk delete messages conversations on Apple Watch, nor are they deleted automatically.
To delete a Messages conversation on your Apple Watch:
- Open the Messages app on your Apple Watch:
- When viewing the time, go to the Home screen (by pressing once on the Digital Crown) > tap on the Messages app icon.
- Or use Siri (eg "hey Siri, open Messages").
- When viewing the conversation list, swipe left on the conversation that you wish to delete > tap Delete / Trash.
