"ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED" with full cellular coverage

I am getting the error "ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED" while on cellular LTE service via T-Mobile. Plenty of service bars are displayed. All other apps work/transmit data. Safari and Chrome both give this error and do not connect on reload, or after a reboot. This just happened for no reason. Everything up to date with apps and iOS.

It could be either a problem with the website or a problem with the DNS on the iPhone and the carrier. I would first try clearing the web history and see if the issue continues (settings > safari > Clear History) if its still a problem I would try resetting network settings (settings > general > reset > reset network settings) keep in mind that you will have to re-enter the wi-fi passwords for any of the networks you frequent.
