There is absolutely no scope for increasing and/or upgrading the internal memory of any iPhone.
Unlike most of the Android based smartphones, the memory cannot be increased just by plugging in any kind of memory card.

No. You need to sell the phone and buy one with more storage to do that. The hard disk in your iPhone has a certain capacity; it's not something you can just "get more" of.
Or . . . , use an external mobile storage such as Leef for example.
