cfprefsd is consuming CPU

Hi

Anyone know how to stop this from happening?

Since updating to 10.12.5 on my 2012 Mac mini the process cfprefsd is consuming my CPU, so much it is keeping the fans going full speed day and night.

I have tried a PRAM reset, no difference.

I have noticed in the /Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist is replicating every half second then deleting itself.

I have tried filling the process, but it just restarts and off it goes again.

Mac mini, macOS Sierra (10.12.5), iMacs, iPads, iPhones, TC, AEs, ATV
