Sierra update to 10.12.6 made my mac boot to disk utilities

Yesterday I upgraded Mac os Sierra to 10.12.6 in my Macbook pro 2016 15" and all went fine. But this morning the system didn't awake and after one minute it booted to the disk utilities.

I tried to run the first aid option on the disk image (the lowest one) . It took very little time to pass, then I reboot with no result, then I tried again the first aid against the disk (the expanded view of the top disk in the list). It took much more time this time. a few minutes. But this time the system rebooted to normal operation.

Did I make something wrong? Do you have any advice to avoid those problems like doing something special before upgrade or when the system fails to boot?

I'm fairly new to mac...
