Neighbor's Apple tv requesting my iphone

I keep getting notifications on my iPhone requesting "Keyboard input". I do own an Apple TV but every time this occurs it's turned off so I know it's not my Apple TV. Also, the notification says AT&T as I have Verizon. This is a bit annoying to see popping up on my phone literally every 5 minutes. I was wondering if there's a way to keep this from happening on my phone through any of my settings? This is a difficult situation to find the answer for online.

I'm not sure it's because they are on the same wifi, I don't get these prompts from my son's Apple TV's and they don't get them from mine. Logically it would be because they are paired but it's hard to see how that might happen with a neighbour's Apple TV.I suspect it's because they must be paired but it's hard to see how that might happen with a neighbour's Apple TV.

this can only happen if you and your neighbor are on the same wifi network
