I can't locate the auto tap setting under switch control

I am trying to adjust the auto tap time in the switch control but there is no place to go adjust it. Everything I read says it should be under general-accessibilty-switch control-auto tap but its just not there for IOS 10 or the ios 11 beta.

iPad Pro Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 10.3.3, same for ipad air 2 or ipone 7+

I am not sure if you have located the setting yet, but it can be found by going to Settings> General> Accessibility> Switch Control> Tap Behavior> change from default to auto tap and the time setting will be available.

Hi,

Settings ☞ General ☞ Accessibilty ☞ scroll down to Interaction ☞ tap on Switch control ☞ Turn On.

Here iOS 10.3.3.
