Load Template with MIDI Instruments Unloaded?

I have a Logic Pro X template with 60 tracks, each with a different Kontakt instrument loaded. Due to the number of instances of Kontakt in the template, it takes forever for the template to load when I create a new project. Is there any way I can set up Logic so that it initializes the template without loading any of the instances of Kontakt until I use them?

Logic Pro 10.2.2

OSX 10.9.5

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)
