Company-owned Devices Locked Out

I work as IT Support for our company. We have 3 company-owned devices that we are locked out of due to employment terminations. The devices were not disassociated with their respective iTunes accounts. The devices are 1 iPhone 6s, 1iPhone 7, and 1 iPad 4th Generation.

Is there anything we can do to clear these devices so they can be useful once again?
Thanks!

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.2

You will need to take the original receipt and the devices to a physical Apple store and ask for help.

You might also want to create a policy that does not allow for company devices to be logged into personal Apple ID accounts for just this reason. Also consider MDM software to manage the devices for the company to ensure that you retain control of them.
