Error "Cannot process request. Please try again later"

I have been getting the same error message for two weeks

I want to create apple ID but when I enter the verification code I get this error.It says "iTunes cannot process your request. Please try again later".

I have no idea how to fix it 😠

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to create an Apple ID on your Windows computer, as you get an error message. To help resolve this issue, please follow each of the steps in this article related to your issue:

If you can‘t connect to the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store
