Tracing over an image with Apple Pencil

Hi, I'm working on a major technical foreign language translation Architecture project, and need to enhance a small drawing of an artist's impression of a building published in an autobiography published over a hundred years ago. I've been able to scan the drawing into my iPad Pro, and now I want to so trace over it with my Apple Pencil to produce a drawing with clearer outlines. Can anyone recommend an App for this?

(I've just now opened the box of my new Apple Pencil so I'm new to this)
