iBooks - how to show whole book progress?

My iBooks shows progress as 'x pages left in this chapter'. I am hoping to change that to 'y pages of z pages' where y is the page that I am on and z is the total number of pages in the book. But I cannot figure out how to do so.

Yes, I know that iBooks has a unique page numbering system that seems like it has no grounding in the actual length of the actual (e.g. paper) book. But for me progress by chapter makes the book seem like it is dragging even when it is otherwise a good book - no matter how much I read I am always being sent back to zero.

I know that 'y pages of z pages' is possible as I have seen it on screen shots for tips on how to do other functions on iBooks. Unfortunately, after searching the net and this page, I am unable to find out how to change to that setting. I have also tried clicking on everything clickable in iBooks to see if I could find the setting on my own but was unable to do so.

Any help would be appreciated.
