Tax Free in Italy for online orders?

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to get the tax free form if I order a Macbook Pro online and pick it up in a store in Rome.

I know it can be done when buying directly at the store but I want a custom one with more RAM and an English keyboard that's why I'd like to order it online...

Thank you in advance

I'm asking whether Apple STORE only gives the tax-free form when you buy in the store (which they do because I've done it before) or also when you order online and only do the pickup in store.

Well, these are technical questions and answers forums; asking volunteer users around the globe about Apple's policies regarding tax issues in a foreign country will most likely not produce definitive answers since we do not work for Apple; neither do we have access to their internal policies. We can only point to whatever Apple has published and that is easily accessible from the store page > shopping help.

And yes, the Italian Government has everything to do with levying or exclusion from taxes. They may have requirements as to how/when information needs to be collected/presented.
