Diverting/Call Forwarding Iphone 7

Hi,

I am currently looking into how to divert the iphone 7, I have tried but not succeeded on 2 different iPhone 7's, I have also tried 2 different ways, is this an issue with hardware/software or is it network dependent?

First option:

Settings - Phone - Call Forwarding - "Insert number"

This option worked on my iphone 6 but not the iphone 7, i know it needs good signal to proceed with this option, and on this occasion it did, but didnt work.

I have also tried to use it using the keypad, but again this didnt work.

I am from the UK, any assistance would be appreciated

Call forwarding is a feature provided by your wireless carrier, not the iPhone itself. Some carriers allow you to set up the call forwarding through Settings > Phone, or by calling a number from the Phone app. If you are unable to turn call forwarding on using one of these methods, please reach out to your wireless carrier for additional assistance.
