I cannot upload photos to icloud

Hi

In the iCloud windows app, when i click to enable photo in the settings, it goes to a black square instead of a tick box. I also cannot click options next to it as it does nothing.

If I click apply and close, when I re-open iCloud for windows, photos is not selected.

Any clues?

Hello ejohnh,

If the issue persists, it may help to uninstall the app entirely and then reinstall it. Have a look at the Microsoft support articles below to learn how to best uninstall depending on your version of Windows.

Windows 7 – How to properly uninstall programs

Once you’ve completely removed the app, try to reinstall and test again. Let us know if there is any change.

Just downloaded icloud again but the problem remains.
