MacBook Pro Touchbar 2017 Stun

Purchased Mac Pro Touchbar 2017 in Apple Store in Singapore on 4th July.

Not used much app but today is the fourth times my Mac was totally freeze. Keyboard, touchpad, mouse, screen,... nothing work.


I have to restart every time. I'm thinking about re-sell this Mac.

Any idea please 😟

I would bring the Mac to an Apple Store “genius” bar for a free diagnosis to see if they can figure out what causes the freezes; if it's hardware related and not caused by some sort of physical damage, the repair will be free: https://support.apple.com/contact. If it's not hardware related, you will likely have to erase the drive and install a new OS, then test it out before restoring any data or apps.


I would definitely get it fixed instead of trying to sell it, as you will take a large loss selling it.
