how do I get past billing information verification to download free apps

So what happened was after my cards have not been able to make it work email and and hoping that in doing that my Apple Music subscription would be over I am unable to download or update any of the apps that I have in my phone and I'm on aware as to how to fix the issue I tried updating my phone the software for the phone and that did not help him I tried changing my billing address that not help I tried restarting my phone and that also did nothing for me

If you have an outstanding balance, you have to pay it first.

Change payment method to None; stop requests to verify payment method

Hi Nolo562

I have experienced that once you add a credit card to an apple product,

there are no ways to get an Apple-id without a credit card,

But have to tried deleting all contents

and then going trough the setup menu.

Maybe you can then make an Apple-id

without a credit card.
