Macbook anti-glare coating coming off for the second time

I have a 2013 Macbook Pro with retina display that I bought from new. The anti-glare coating on the screen slowly started to peel off and Apple agreed to change the display for me in 2015. I always cleaned the display with a mildly damp black cloth (i.e. the one you get when you buy a MacBook).

Fast forward to 2016, the new anti-glare coating started to peel off again, but this time partially due to my own fault.

I was cleaning the display with a damp cloth and only added a tiny bit of isopropyl alcohol to the water to aid the process (around 10% by mass, trust me I'm a chemist). This method always worked very well for removing fingerprints from the bare screen of my iPhone 6 and I never had any issues. I was also sure that Apple had solved the problem of poor quality of the previous anti-glare coating and thought this one would be more robust.

However, as soon as I wiped the screen of my Macbook and let it dry, I noticed that a little bit of the coating had peeled off in the process. It was just a tiny bit that came off, so it did not bother me too much. Since then I also returned to using water only when cleaning the screen. Unfortunately, the coating continued to peel off and now much more is missing.

I would like to get the coating on my display fixed again, but am afraid Apple would want to charge me for repair this time. On the other hand, I think they did a poor job by giving me a screen with the same poor quality coating that led to a lot of people complain in the first place.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013), macOS Sierra (10.12.5)
