Problem pairing Socket Mobile CHS 7Mi to an Ipad

Dear Apple,


We have an iPad with iOS 10.3.3 and a Socket Mobile bluetooth scanner CHS 7Mi, and I am trying to:

- Pair the scanner to the iPad, the iPad does not recognise the scanner anymore (worked perfectly until May);

- Under iOS 10.3.2, when the pairing still worked (not without problems) the scanned numbers ended up all messed up in Excel. This all worked flawlessly during a year until May 2017.


Please advise, we need this system to work fast.
