Photo File name format change

I own an iPhone 5s with 64GB running iOS 10.3.2

After a while, i would upload pictures taken with my iPhone, onto my Window 10 laptop. Before owning the iPhone, i took pictures with a camera that saved the file name using same format as the iPhone (for example IMG_1047).

The problem is, i have reached the point where the iPhone file names is the same as my older pictures which is preventing me from saving the 2 photos with the same file name in the same location on my laptop.

I found a solution where changing the file name format to the date taken along with the default file name (for example 'IMG_1047-20170324') would fix the duplicating problem.

How do i change the file name format on my iPhone?
