did anyone recieve an email saying your apple id was comprimised?

I got an email saying a fraud charge had been made to my Apple ID not from my phone. It tells me to log in following a specific link. The link takes me to a page that says my ID is locked and I need to enter personal info. I did not enter anything went back they my phone and do not see any extra charge. And when I log into my account thru my phone it is not locked. I'm worried this is a scam trying to steal info. But I also don't want a $50 charge I didn't authorize. Anyone else get this?
