easy way to blur a moving face in latest version of Final Cut Pro
I'm in the process of blurring a moving face but I'm stuck when I have to place Gaussian onto the clip. Instead of it covering the clip, I only have the options to place it at the beginning or end.
There's obviously something I'm not doing correctly.
HELP PLEASE!!
