how do i make windows smaller when bottom of it is off screen

Hi. My system preferences window has opened with the bottom of it not fitting on my screen. Because I can't access the bottom right corner, how else can I make it smaller? There is no zoom option on tool bar up top, it there another way?

Hi,

Click and hold on the top of the window and drag it upward until you can resize it via the bottom corner. If you can't do that, hold down the command key and press the w key. This will close the window and when you open it, it should be ok.
