My font is way too large when I print from my 6s plus to my wireless hp printer. How do I adjust the font size? I have changed iPhone to a smaller font size

I have an iPhone 6s plus, version iOS 10.3.2, capacity of 60.06 gb and available 29.89 gb. I have a wireless HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 All in One Printer. When I try to print certain items from a text message picture to the printer, the font size is gigantic; however, someone can send me an email with an attachment, and the print size is normal size. I would like to have all my print jobs in a 12 pt. font. Does anyone know how i can rectify this problem? Thanks.

I took a picture of a business card and when I printed it out, it was a font that was enlarged so that it took up the entire 8-1/2"x11" sheet of paper. I've also had this problem when printing things off from the internet.

Are you printing the actual message or a picture form a message? Email fonts are not going to be the same size and I can;t find a way to change the settings on the device for text pictures.

I have same question for when printing email, the font is 16 and I am viewing is at 11.
