How to add "cc" addresses to contacts from received emails

My wife had a group of 40+ women in a email list and wants to create a "group" for these women in her contacts. All the email addresses are in the "cc" field of the emails she receives. It would seem a simple matter to move these 40 addresses from the "cc" field of the email to a "group" in contacts.... but it's not.

I've tried dragging to group to contacts, highlighting the "cc" group and right clicking for an "add to contacts" option, looking in the "messages" drop down menu, etc. No luck.

Has anyone cracked this conundrum?

Thanks.

Open mail , right click on mail address and add to contacts .

Again open address book via spotlight , take cursor on top menu bar > file > click on new group from selection .

An untitled folder will be created , drag and drop the desired email list on to the untitled folder , if there are many select them ( command + A ) , copy ( command + C ) , and click on untilled folder ( paste them command + V ) .
