My Ipad id in disabled mode
My iPad is disabled. How can I re-enable it without losing my data?

You cannot restore the device without loosing data. You can restore your latest backup, but if you do not have a backup, it is too late to make one. See this for the restore instructions. If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
