Hi. Tap and hold the keyboard key in the bottom right, and slide to the Dock option.

To prevent it from happening again, turn off Settings > General > Keyboard > Split Keyboard.

Hi Osukio. There are two split screens. If you mean two apps side by side, drag the dividing line to left or right to hide one of the apps. If you mean two web pages in Safari, tap and hold the two overlapping boxes in the upper right.
