Ph # for Apple store at Destiny USA, Syracuse?

I'm sorry for posting here, but I don't really know where else to post.

Does anyone happen to have the phone number for the Apple store at the Destiny USA mall in Syracuse?

The one that's listed everywhere including the Apple website (315-223-5920) takes me straight to AppleCare, and they "transferred" me to what I suspect was a dead line that rang off the hook. I also asked in an online chat session and they were hilariously cagey about giving me the actual number. They told me "that's actually the number I have!" but they didn't make any effort to, you know, find out the actual phone number of the brick-and-mortar store.

The reason I ask is that I want to know if they can do a battery repair on my laptop in the same day as I'm not in town for long, and customer service told me that only the store can give me an estimate of their repair times. If they can't do it in the same day then I'll cancel my appointment at that store. Which I'm apparently not allowed to contact....

Every phone listed via an Internet search for this particular Apple Store shows the same phone number that you posted.

Have you tried using the "Set up a repair" link on their website?

Yes, I've seen that page and I've actually set up the repair appointment already. As I said in my original question, my concern is whether to keep it, since I'm only in town for a day.

I don't want to waste a chunk of that day in the Apple store, only for them to tell me that the battery replacement will be a couple days. It's worth it only if I can get it replaced in-store. Hence my desire to call ahead.

Sorry, I can't tell you why you are not able to connect to someone at the Syracuse Apple Store calling that number. FWIW, you also have the option to ship it to Apple as well.
