Update to iOS 10.3.3

If that doesn't work try these, if it doesn't help, try the next one in the list

1. Try rebooting your device:
   On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
   On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
2. Settings → General → Reset → Reset All Settings
3. Settings → General → Reset → Reset Network Settings

So you did try to delete these accounts from Settings → Mail → Accounts

Then added them back in, and it didn't help?

1. Update to iOS 10.3.3, that might fix the problem

2. Which email account are you using? iCloud, Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo or other?

3. Is the account set up as POP3 or IMAP?
