can’t get ipv6 address automatically

In the same network, iPhone and iPad all get ipv6(2 address) and can use ipv6 to access internet, but on macOS, there is no ipv6 address(both Wi-Fi and Apple USB Ethernet adapter)

Using Airport Time Capsule, there is a ipv6 relay error, but looks like can access internet using ipv6(dancing turtle at kame.org, opendns has a lot AAAA request, and got 17/20 score at ipv6-test.com, all green except hostname at both ipv4 and ipv6 connectivity and 6to4 at ipv6 connectivity)
