BeatsX blinks red and white erratically

My Beats X won't turn on, and when charging they blink red, white, red-red, white, red, white, red-red, white. I've tried resets with the power + mute and power + vol down. Nothing.

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to get your BeatsX headphones to turn on and it flashes red and white lights. Since you have already tried some good troubleshooting steps, your next step is to contact Apple for further help with your situation.

No, iOS 10.3.3. Am updating now to see what happens, but I hadn't changed anything between when the BeatsX worked and when they didn't. Plus, it isn't a pairing issue - it's the headphones themselves.

Brought them to Apple Store. They took them in for repair; got a replacement.

im have the same issue. i updated recently and was wondering if that might be the issue. people online are recommending leaving it plugged in for an hour which ive been doing with no success

Have the same issue and yes - I got iOS 11 installed on my primary device. Have you been successful fixing this?
