Apple support team can not figure out why my iPhone can not activate my FaceTime

I have tried several times to activate my FaceTime on my iPhone and can't figure out that included apple team they said is my FaceTime account but I was able to activated on different iPhone

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.3.3

What country are you in and what carrier are you using?

If you're using a supported carrier, contact them and make sure your line is properly provisioned for an iPhone.


If you are using an unsupported carrier, you need to know that FaceTime uses background sms messages with Apple's servers in the UK to activate. If your account does not allow international text messaging, it will not be successful. Even if you do have international messaging, it may not work correctly on an unsupported carrier.
