Hello all,
When re-entering Safari and the "Are you sure you want to submit this form again" message pops up, I click submit, and the message pops up again but it causes Safari to 'freeze' and I can't click submit or cancel.
Any ideas. Is it a known bug?
I have an iPhone 6S+ with the latest update of iOS10.

This is the message I get, I click first time submit, then it pops up again but I can't press anything, Safari is completely locked up.
I don't know what form you're talking about and if it comes from a trusted site, but I suggest following steps:
Close all your opened apps.
Then delete history and cookies Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Restart your iphone Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Enter Safari and ... the popup message shouldn't appear any longer.
Please let me know if everything is ok.

I have, indeed.
Hasn't happened since, (yet!)
So hopefully that's a fix.
