Take it to Apple and ask them to do it.
The iPhone is classified by Apple as not being user repairable. Opening it will void any and all future support from Apple.
For fixing the screen of my iPhone 7 I paid 150 Euro (if I'm right ... so a bit less than 150$) in an AppleStore ... I suppose will cost the same for an iPhone 6.
