TrueCaller not working because Calling Blocking can't be set

I have an iPhone 6 Plus on 10.3.3. I've been using TrueCaller for a little while but recently noticed that spam calls are getting through, when they didn't use to. I checked TrueCaller and it says Spam Protection is disabled and to go to Call Blocking & Identification to turn on Truecaller.

I go to Settings>Phone>Call Blocking & Identification, but when I tap on Call Blocking & Identification, it freezes and doesn't go anywhere. I've left it there numerous times for several minutes and eventually have to close Settings. Because of this, TrueCaller doesn't work and I can't go into the Call Blocking settings.

I've searched the forums and see a lot of people have this issues on iPhone 5's, 6's & 7's. Apple's response has been to reset the phone, which I've done, but just like the other posters, it didn't fix the issue. I see from the posts this issue has been going on for awhile. Does anyone know if there is a fix issued for this bug?

ETA: I uninstalled TrueCaller and restarted the iPhone, but I was still unable to get into Call Blocking & Identification under Settings..

Through a series of random troubleshooting steps, I determined the issue was too many numbers in "blocked". Truecaller puts all known spam numbers under one contact and blocks that contact and all the associated numbers. I was also blocking spam calls that got past truecaller. There's appears to be a finite number of blocked numbers that iOS can handle. Once I deleted the Spam contact created by Truecaller, I was able to get back in my settings and turn Truecaller back on. Truecaller recreated the Spam contact, but it's much smaller now than it was previously. I expect over time, the same will likely happen again as the Spam contact grows again, but at least now I know how to fix it. I wish Apple would fix then and not put a limit on the number of calls that can be blocked.
