Is gotoassist a scam

Been requested to call and enter this address on my system scam or not ?

Thank you for the advice sorry my explanation wasn't in detail just needed a quick answer is all during a session on my browser my computer locked onto this address and was requested to call this number upon answering they wanted to connect to my computer but usually apple ask for an id code etc so I was suspicious I presume that my anti virus has expired as I purchased in 2013 so a new anti virus is needed but thank you an
