missing iCloud tab on Safari 10.1.2/Mac OS 10.12.6

i recently downloaded the Mac OS update 10.12.6 for my MacBook Pro & just noticed that the iCloud tab on Safari is missing - does anyone know where it went & how i can access it?

interestingly enough, however, i can still access the open Tabs/webpages on my MB Pro via my iPhone, but not the reverse...
