MicVPN

I am interested in VPN software. I found in the App Store MicVPN App with good review results and a large number of reviews. The info says the App is free, but further down there are subscription options, so I am confused as to whether the service is free or not. Also, I have not been able to find the website of the company, MICOFFICE Ltd. Dos anybody know the website and if the service is truly free?
