Wifi & 4G/LTE internet connectivity issues. Have to power off and back on, or Reset Network Settings, (multiple times a day) to reconnect to internet.

I have an AT&T iPhone 7 Plus. Lately I have been having horrible connectivity issues, whether I am using wifi or 4G/LTE. When these issues come up, I have to power off my phone and power it back on, or reset my network settings, to reconnect. This not only affects my internet browsing, but any apps that connect to my phone as well.

The time that the internet will work is variable, but usually no longer than an hour or two. I am therefore powering my phone on and off anywhere from 5-10 times a day. If I reset my network settings, it seems to last longer, but I still have to either reset it again or power my phone on and off again (multiple times) during the day.

I have not tried restoring my phone, yet. I was hoping there might be another solutions before I did this.

Does anyone have any other ideas of what I might be able to do to get the phone to work correctly?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.3.3

Toggling Airplane mode might be a quicker way to resolve the symptom when it occurs, turn it on for 10 seconds or so, then turn it bak off.

However, the symptom described seems to be rooted at a hardware problem, maybe a loose connection of the RF antennas.
