Missing app icon

One of the app I've been using (LINE) disappeared from my iPhone suddenly. I tried to restore by going to App Store. I see the icon under not In this iPhone tab, but I cannot install or update as I only see cloud icon. When this app goes into cloud, how can I bring back the icon for the app on my iPhone and restore so that I regain access to this app...? Thank you
