how can i get text messages from my 2015 iPhone ?
I need to retrieve old messages from my 2015 iphone , how can i do that via icloud ?

if you backed up your iphone to iCloud you can restore the backup to a new iOS device
otherwise iCloud will be of no help
if you backup your iPhone to a computer with iTunes you can restore the backup to anew iOS device
if you have the phone you can export sms messages to a computer using third party software
