iOS slow motion video shutter speed

I have shot a couple of short pieces of experimental video using the "Slo mo" on my iPhone 6S at the 240 fps setting. I have grabbed a frame which has a moving object in it which I want to estimate the speed of using the blur trail length. To do that I need to know the exposure time (shutter speed in conventional language).

This info is not available in the standard data with the video. I have asked Apple support who said I need to find an app.

Does anyone know how to extract the shutter speed which was used in a slo mo recording ?

Thanks

I've tried iOS EXIF viewers, Photos on Mac, and QuickTime Player on Mac, and none of them show me the shutter speed. Maybe someone else can find an answer.

However, if your camera was fairly still and the object's path was fairly obvious, the frame rate should be enough to give you a similarly accurate estimate. Instead of estimating the blur length within one frame, estimate the distance traveled by the object from one frame to the next.

Hi again,

Yes, I imported via lightning cable to my Mac and I have viewed the video in 'Photos' and Quicktime. I have used the right arrow to step the frames on the Mac and counted each step. This is why I am confused as it doe seem to be in slow motion. I wondered if there was a frame amalgamation taking place in order to overcome the lighting issues - combine 7 frames into one image ?
