Can I have 2 hotmail accounts? On iphone

I currently use 2 hotmail email addresses and both of them receive emails but one of them gives me an error when trying to send emails from it. It leaves the email in the outbox. I wonder if is a wrong setting on my part or is just not possible to have 2 similar server accounts? Please help! I have an iPhone 6S newes iOS
