I have searched both online and in local stores a selfie stick that is compatible with iPhone 7 plus. But all those are compatible with only older iPhone models and not the iPhone 7 models. Please help
Selfie stick is very basic. It clamps the phone on the end. Then you have a remote button usually via Bluetooth that triggers the camera.
So selfie sticks should pretty much be universal (work with any iPhone).

I actually contacted mi.com people to know whether their selfie stick (jack pin type) is compatible with my iPhone. But they said that won't. I wonder why that shouldn't work.

But using the 3.5mm/lightning adapter should also work as the photo is triggered via volume buttons.
