“The item you tried to download is no longer available”

Whenever I download an item from apple music or the iTunes store, my iPhone pops with the message “The item you tried to download is no longer available” even when it is and the download still works. I will tap the okay button but then it will keep rapidly popping up. Anyone know how to fix this?
