I scan documents on a HP scanner to a thumb drive. It stores the documents as dcmi format in the thumb drive. The MAC does not detect the files but they are readable on a PC. Do I need a download to my MAC?
When you scan the document, change the file format to something like PDF. You will need to refer to your scanner's manual if you don't know how to do this.
