I want to buy some books in iBooks but I want to read them in my Nook Simple Touch (because I don't like to read in the iPad, I prefer the e-ink technology). So the question is if there is any chance that I could put the iBook on my Nook.
I've read that it is not possible because of the DRM. If that's so, haw can I know which books have DRM and which don't so I can buy only those without DRM.

All iBooks are DRM protected. If you want to read them on a Nook, buy the books from their bookstore.
FWIW, iBooks (and iPad) has settings to reduce screen contrast, etc, which make its use for reading much better than the default settings
You also have the option to use the Nook app from the Apple app store. If you do not like to read with the iPad, why are you wanting to purchase iBooks? I would be searching in the B&N bookstore, it would make your task much easier.
