Will Apple buy back my old MacBook laptop and give me money? It's from 2010 but great condition

No. They may give you a small gift card for recycling it for you provided they still have such a plan. If you want more than that you will need to sell it on your own via eBay, for example. Some places will pay you cash roughly equal to one-half of its as-is resale value.
