I have my earthlink email account set up on my Mac. Yesterday I stopped getting emails.
Talked to Earthlink and Mac and they couldn't solve it. Does anyone have an idea?
I just converted from POP to IMAP yesterday and my ipad and phone are fine but I have lost and no longer receive emails on my desktop
Check that you correctly configured Mail for your IMAP account.
Works fine here...
Restart your Mac and router. If still experiencing problems, backup/save your emails, delete the account from Mail, then add it afresh.
What are the correct IMAP settings. This is what I found on earthlink. I can't get my folders from the webmail to download to my mac mail.
